Summary

VASS is seeking a Project Management Office Specialist to join their team and lead impactful projects for esteemed clients. The specialist will manage projects or sub-projects, handle requirements and change management, portfolio management, information management, reporting, risk management, and ensure the implementation of methodologies and standards across projects.

Requirements

  • Record and analyze technical requirements and changes in collaboration with organizational units
  • Break down requirements into work packages and control them via planning
  • Track requirements throughout the development process
  • Analyze, plan, and develop a project portfolio
  • Collect trends, feedback, ideas, and requirements to develop action options
  • Develop a system for prioritizing projects and structured decision-making
  • Analyze and optimize resource use at the portfolio level
  • Monitor project progress and manage dependencies
  • Optimize the flow of information and communication
  • Document and develop reporting systems for internal and external reporting
  • Support communication with brands/Group (interface management)
  • Plan, create, and coordinate documents
  • Create and maintain document structures according to guidelines
  • Report on schedule, scope, and budget; track the critical path
  • Present maturity levels and track in projects
  • Support structured analysis of implementation progress with agile methods
  • Coordinate and present final project results
  • Document project progress for stakeholders
  • Maintain project status and progress
  • Create transparency about current and planned projects with up-to-date data
  • Document risks and measures in accordance with processes
  • Track the implementation of measures within risk tickets
  • Evaluate and potentially further develop the risk process
  • Participate in risk and impediment discussions
  • Establish and ensure uniform project management standards and quality
  • Introduce uniform project standards and templates across various projects
