Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and change management skills
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
- Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
Responsibilities
- Create Detailed Project Plans using MS Project and importing them into NetSuite
- Manage resource allocations, availability and forecast
- Perform weekly project status meeting and monthly Steering committee meetings
- Ensure time entries are done on a regular basis, validation and approval of time entries
- Ensure the smooth movement of project based on the project plan and flag any risks
- Create RAID (Risk, actions, issues, and decision) log associated with projects
- Review deliverables, perform engagement reviews and drive quality assurance procedures
- Enforce strategic and methodical execution of program deliverables and drive outcomes
- Execute internal projects on Products and deliver in a timely manner
- The ability to organize work and lend structure to a project to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Project Co-ordinators also serve as mentors to more junior consultants to help them improve their project management and consulting skills to be more effective
