Responsibilities

• Maintain high efficiency in the overall project execution
• Align with the client’s business goals and translate them to the project team
• Develop strong client relationships
• Utilise the potential to upscale client partnerships
• Ensure long-term profitability of projects
• Plan capacity and resources based on the project requirements
• Process a requirement from its most basic raw nature into a full-blown solution with the help of the project team
• Work with the project team to scope, plan, estimate, execute and release the project deliverables
• Organise and lead planning, review and retro meetings with the project team
• Communicate with the client as required
• Maintain a clear channel of communication where all stakeholders are always informed of relevant project details
• Organise different project spaces for documentation, communication and project execution. The tools we currently use are: Notion/ClickUp for documentation, Slack for communication, Jira/ClickUp for project execution
• Support the project team by ensuring that the team’s basic needs to deliver the project are always met
• Review project progress and essential project metrics to address the impediments inferred
• Develop a strong rapport with your project team members
• Set clear goals and expectations with the project team members
• Keep the team morale high in challenging times
