Summary

The job is for a Project Manager in Craftsman Technology Group, a Boston-based employee-owned firm that supports mission-driven organizations. Requirements

  • Experience working within or alongside the nonprofit sector
  • Experience managing complex technology projects, ideally Salesforce CRM or another CRM deployments
  • Experience working closely with Salesforce
  • Experience managing relationships with clients or external stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel on occasion

Responsibilities

  • Guide a client’s project team to successful completion of a project
  • Provide leadership on large, multi-faceted projects
  • Lead project kickoff, planning and status meetings, both internal and client-facing
  • Be accountable for driving, monitoring and controlling project activities
  • Oversee project schedules and budgets
  • Guide and drive effective decision-making
  • Identify and remove barriers to productivity for project team
  • Promote effective communication across teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects
  • PMP Certification (required within one year of start date)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required within one year of start date) and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (required within 18 months of start date) credentials
