Project Manager

Summary

Join TuoTempo, a leading healthtech company, as a Project Manager based in Brazil. You will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring our SaaS solutions for healthcare providers, ensuring successful deployment and client satisfaction. This position involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing multiple implementations, and providing expert consulting to optimize our technology for end users. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience with external stakeholders
• Solid understanding of SaaS configuration and system integration
• Ability to lead technical training sessions
• Portuguese: Native (C2)
• English: Conversational/Professional (B1+)

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure the software to meet client requirements. You will need good knowledge of system integration and software configuration best practices to tailor the platform to each client's specific needs
• Ensure system quality through testing and iterative improvements before go-live
• Deliver technical workshops and onboarding sessions for users
• Offer expert guidance post-implementation in collaboration with internal teams
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and lead stakeholder communications
• Collect client feedback and align it with product development initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (e.g., Tasy or MV)
• Experience using project management tools (Hive, Jira, Trello)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Background in Healthcare industry
• BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or Business Economics
