Project Manager

Join TuoTempo, a leading healthtech company, as a proactive and analytical Project Manager based in Brazil. You will play a key role in executing client projects, ensuring successful deployment and configuration of SaaS solutions across healthcare providers. Coordinate with external clients and internal teams, handle multiple implementations, and serve as a trusted consultant. Responsibilities include software implementation, testing and validation, initial training, post-delivery consulting, project management, and client and product liaison. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience with external stakeholders
• Solid understanding of SaaS configuration and system integration
• Ability to lead technical training sessions
• Portuguese: Native (C2)
• English: Conversational/Professional (B1+)

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure the software to meet client requirements. You will need good knowledge of system integration and software configuration best practices to tailor the platform to each client's specific needs
• Ensure system quality through testing and iterative improvements before go-live
• Deliver technical workshops and onboarding sessions for users
• Offer expert guidance post-implementation in collaboration with internal teams
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and lead stakeholder communications
• Collect client feedback and align it with product development initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (e.g., Tasy or MV)
• Experience using project management tools (Hive, Jira, Trello)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Background in Healthcare industry
• BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or Business Economics
