Summary

Join Experian Health as a Project Manager to lead project implementations, manage software projects, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop full-scale project plans, assemble project staff, and track project timelines. Report to the Client organization and provide direction to project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics or related field or study (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
• 5+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience required
• 5-10 years project management experience
• 2+ years leading full life cycle implementations in healthcare
• PMP required (or must attain within 1 year)
• Healthcare industry experience facilitating in-depth knowledge of hospital operations
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
• Superior collaboration, flexibility and responsiveness

Responsibilities

• Develop full scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables, manage risks and issues using appropriate tools
• Provide direction to project team
• Monitor and report on progress of the project to all partners
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Provide feedback to internal team and development regarding process and product improvement
