Implementation and Delivery Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is preferred or equivalent years' of experience
• 8+ years' experience in systems applications consulting, either internally or externally with a consulting firm or software providers
• In-depth understanding of supply chain and supplier relationship management processes
• Hands-on experience with Source to Pay processes and implementations
• Experience in designing, facilitating setup and configuration, and managing implementation of one or more modules (e.g. Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics, Inventory)
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Effective oral and written communications skills
• Exceptional presentation skills, PowerPoint expert
• Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools in the SaaS space
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage resources and deliver work products on time and with exceptional quality in a remote work environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed delivery strategy for Caidentia solution implementations
• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire implementation lifecycle
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address project requirements
• Configure SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs of clients
• Manage and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges for timely delivery
• Establish and enforce quality standards for SaaS solution implementation
• Conduct regular training programs for end-users, and partners, and provide ongoing support
• Manage client expectations and experience in a way that results in high client satisfaction
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and testing protocols
• Ensure effective communication of project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement
• Contribute to the team success beyond client delivery with product development, operational improvement, recruiting and sales
