Summary

Join Guidepoint’s Client Service team as a Project Manager and manage key client accounts, overseeing a team of Associates to match clients with suitable Advisors. You will serve as the main client contact, managing day-to-day relationships and service delivery. Responsibilities include managing Associates to execute client requests, providing training on best practices, collaborating with Business Development teams, and working with other Project Managers. This night shift position (5 pm to 2 am JST) requires a Bachelor’s degree, native-level Japanese, fluency in English, and 2+ years of client/account management experience. Project management and/or people management experience is also necessary. Guidepoint offers a remote work environment, employee medical coverage, and generous paid annual leave.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Native Level of Japanese and fluency in English
  • 2+ years of experience client or account management experience
  • Previous project management and/ or people management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work the night shift between 5pm - to 2am JST

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact responsible for the day-to-day relationship and service delivery for our clients
  • Work with and manage a team of Associates to execute requests for clients who are conducting research and due diligence on industry trends, market opportunities, new products and technologies, and more
  • Provide training to Associates regarding best practices around prospective Advisor sourcing, recruiting, interaction, and screening to provide the best Advisor match for each client project
  • Work closely with the Business Development teams to optimize your clients’ use of Guidepoint’s services
  • Work with other Project Managers on the team to provide industry guidance for projects and workshops

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in market research, agency, or consulting industries is preferred
