Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in web project management
- Knowledgeable in web development processes
- Knowledge of project management software and Agile methodology
- Comfortable working in new or ambiguous areas where learning and adaptability are necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Administrative knowledge and experience of Jira and Confluence with hands on experience in setting up projects, dashboards, reporting capabilities, and custom JQL filters
- Knowledge of IT systems and terminology
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily standup meetings to ensure alignment on tasks, goals, and blockers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-team communications, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and updates
- Organize and lead team conversations to drive project clarity, decision-making, and progress tracking
- Lead and facilitate sprint planning sessions to define goals, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources
- Organize and run sprint reviews to showcase completed work to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Conduct retrospectives to reflect on the team's performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable changes
- Coordinate sprint confirmations to ensure scope and priorities are aligned with team capacity
- Collaborate with Senior PM and team leads on milestone planning rituals, ensuring timelines and deliverables align with broader company objectives
- Organize and maintain Jira backlogs, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with team goals
- Track project timelines and milestones, managing risks and roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery
- Partner with team members to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
- Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for web-related processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency through process updates
- Act as the knowledge repository for web team processes, ensuring documentation is current and accessible
- Partner with Production, Designers, Developers, and QA to support end-to-end project execution
- Coordinate feedback loops between stakeholders and the team, capturing insights and translating them into actionable tasks
- Support the integration of new tools and technologies into the teamβs workflow, ensuring smooth adoption
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise navigating internal relationships to optimize efficiency
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve pipelines, overall efficiency and transparency
- Work within JIRA to establish a simplistic snapshot of status and progress of every project to accuracy and proper maintenance
- Work with the teams to keep a one-year roadmap established every quarter, i.e. continually work ahead to improve production and efficiency
Benefits

- Base salary for this role is between $85,000 - $136,000, depending on skills and experience
