Summary

Kadro is seeking an experienced Project Manager with eCommerce knowledge to manage multiple projects remotely. The role involves working with various teams, creating project plans, and providing consistent communication between Kadro and customers. Candidates must reside in CO, FL, NC, NJ, OH, SC, or TN.

Requirements

• Creating defined processes, service-level agreements, and contract experience
• Software project management experience
• JIRA or other project management/task management experience
• Project planning and risk management experience
• ECommerce Knowledge/ experience
• PMP Certification or PMBOK knowledge

Responsibilities

• Ability to lead and manage several projects at one time
• Responsible for the timely delivery of projects to the customer
• Ability to resource and budget projects
• Ability to provide timely and consistent communication between Kadro and our customers
• Ability to coordinate and work with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
• Ability to create project plans, work break down structures and critical paths
• Lead and own the total delivery to our clients including test plans, deployment plans, project schedules, budgets, project status reporting, and risk mitigation
• Flexible work schedule to handle both unscheduled after-hours needs with clients and scheduled after-hours needs such as late night or early morning site deployments
• Work with, coach, train more junior project coordinators
