Project Manager

Summary

The job is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Project Manager in IT Infrastructure and Security at KBS. The role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The salary range is $85-125K.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
• 3+ years' experience working in IT infrastructure field
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Jira, Wrike
• Competent and proficient understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Time and Attendance
• Technically competent with various software programs, such as Excel, Word, Lucid Chart
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study or project management
• Project Management training

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Plan, track, and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
• Develop, direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
