Responsibilities

  • Innovate and implement creative solutions to ensure exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Engineering Manager to define project delivery requirements including staffing, project plans, and deliverables prior to kickoff
  • Ensure all project onboarding requirements are met before kickoff
  • Manage daily operations of project progress and, performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and clients
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Review deliverables prior to client presentation to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
  • Ensure adherence to service- level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements
  • Collect and analyze client feedback on audit services to enhance quality and thoroughness
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and BizOps Lead to refine operational policies and procedures, minimizing bottlenecks
  • Proactively seek opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings to maximize client value
