Requirements
- Master's degree in project management or related technical field required
- Background in Electronics/Electricals
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- 3+ years of Project management experience in the field of software implementations
- Experience with complex data projects where a systematic approach is crucial to success
- Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation & analysis
- A creative mind that can think outside the box
- Curiosity to find disruptive as opposed to incremental solutions to challenging data problems
- Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to system connections with our customers, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
- Maintain and update project plans, proactively identifying and managing any project risks
- Ensure the availability of the right expertise for each project phase, coordinating with internal and external resources as necessary
- Manage stakeholder expectations, delivering regular and comprehensive project updates and effectively resolving any arising issues
- Contribute to the standardization of project implementation methodology and project templates to improve project standardization and efficiency
- Generate thorough Project/Solution Documentation, outlining project goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Handle all customer communication across various projects, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred
