Project Manager

Summary

Join Nimble Gravity as a Project Manager to lead the delivery of advanced AI, data, and digital transformation solutions. You will guide data-driven projects from start to finish, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. Ensure seamless integration of tech solutions to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes for clients. Lead and manage project delivery, build client relationships, and collaborate across functions. Oversee the development of data-driven strategies and manage projects using Agile methodologies. Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in project management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a technology or consulting environment
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and the application of these technologies to business challenges
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in Agile methodologies is highly desirable
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of client projects, ensuring high-quality execution within agreed timelines and budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client objectives and technical delivery
• Work closely with growth, client engagement, and technical solutions teams to create innovative solutions that meet client needs
• Oversee the development of data-driven strategies that address business challenges and lead to sustainable, impactful solutions
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Agile methodologies, adapting to changing client needs and project dynamics
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages learning and growth
• Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and proprietary tools within the team and the broader organization
• Support process improvements and contribute to best practices in project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with remote or cross-cultural teams
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus
