Summary

Join our team as an Analytics and Outbound Services IT Project Manager and drive multiple moderately to highly complex IT projects and planning initiatives. Collaborate with cross-organization teams and external project managers to plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects aligned with strategic business objectives. Create and execute project plans, build agendas, schedule meetings, take notes, and capture action items. Manage high-visibility, high-impact projects affecting multiple stakeholders. Lead medium-to-complex IT projects, effectively managing team dynamics. Collect and analyze information from multiple sources for strategic project planning and risk management. This is a remote position located in Raleigh, NC with a duration of 12+ months.

Requirements

  • Create and execute project plans, including the development of work breakdown structures (WBS) in collaboration with team members
  • Proficiency in various Project Management Methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches
  • Manage healthcare IT projects, including those involving healthcare data and data analytics
  • Experience with clinical event notification systems (ENS), disease registries, other healthcare data analytics use cases for population health and public health
  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or Wrike to take notes and capture action items
  • Strong background in Vendor Management, ensuring contract deliverables are met
  • Organize and manage daily activities, guiding the work of others
  • Application of Project Management best practices, with experience in risk management, resource management & financial management related to projects
  • Provide consultation and guidance to project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Synthesize and apply diverse perspectives to evolving business and IT challenges
  • General understanding of emerging healthcare IT trends and their impact on enterprise architecture and operations
  • Effectively communicate across various mediums, leading small workgroups & presenting insights & recommendations

  • Work with multiple project managers from external organizations to plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects with varying scopes aligning with strategic business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-organization teams to create and execute project plans, build agendas, schedule meetings, take notes, and capture action items
  • Drive and manage high-visibility and high-impact projects affecting multiple stakeholders
  • Lead medium-to-complex IT projects or significant subsets of larger projects, effectively managing team dynamics across functional and organizational areas
  • Collect and analyze information from multiple sources to inform strategic project planning and risk management
