The position offers an on-target earnings (OTE) of $115-140K and includes occasional travel. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, project management, healthcare technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare technology or software implementation
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and project tracking tools
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating between technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required by project needs

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, acting as an intermediary between IT, Applications, and Sales teams to coordinate relationships and installations
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurately updated in the CRM system and stored according to the companyโ€™s quality system requirements for active orders
  • Oversee the product delivery process, ensuring milestones are correctly documented, projected completion dates are realistic, and billable milestones are promptly recorded and executed
  • Support the sales team by documenting opportunities and registering sales activities as needed, assisting in generating new opportunities and quotes, processing license requests and managing license deliveries, establishing appropriate milestones for each order, and allocating revenue to training resources
  • Collaborate with the global project management team as required
  • Work with the sales team to ensure service contracts are pursued and finalized before the end of warranty periods if not completed at the point of sale
  • Coordinate training sessions related to active projects, including scheduling and assisting with training resources
  • Track new customer orders and ensure organizational follow-through, including installation meetings, CRM documentation, and customer management
  • Request invoicing for sales when appropriate
  • Manage license preparation in the CRM system for various customer transactions, including purchases, upgrades, extensions, swaps, corrections, and evaluations
  • Generate and maintain license files while sharing knowledge about product functionalities and variations
