Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, engineering or project management
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management (an asset if projects are in IT)
  • Bilingualism French/English
  • Excellent command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban)
  • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of web, cloud, software or information systems technologies
  • Proficiency in collaborative tools (eg. Microsoft Teams)
  • Ability to evolve in a dynamic and constantly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Clarify objectives, deliverables and milestones for cross-functional or more complex technology projects
  • Ensure quality standards in terms of documentation, project structure, meeting legal requirements
  • Develop and monitor project plans (schedule, budget, resources)
  • Coordinate technical teams (developers, engineers, analysts) and project stakeholders
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Manage scope changes, priorities and stakeholder expectations
  • Use project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Miro, Confluence)
  • Prepare and lead follow-up meetings (steering committees, governance)
  • Guarantee the quality of deliverables and end-user satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification (an asset)
