Project Manager, Brand Marketing in Argentina

Summary

CookUnity is a meal delivery marketplace that connects consumers with talented chefs, offering restaurant-quality meals nationwide. The Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives, tracking KPIs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing budgets, and enhancing the overall brand experience.

Requirements

• Speak and write in fluent English
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail in regard to administrative duties that include uploading images, assisting NY production where necessary
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the brand and its products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Growth, CRM, product development, and Chef Success to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to semesterly projects and use data and analytics to evaluate the success of brand initiatives
• Develop and manage the brand program budget, including allocating resources effectively to support various branding activities and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to branding and marketing activities and identify and mitigate brand-related risks

Experience working at a high-growth startup, tech company, or creative agency
