Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or related roles within the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and communication strategies in a highly regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of medical device marketing principles, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging
  • Experience managing digital marketing channels, including website management, content creation, and social media marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including clinical experts and regulatory agencies
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing tools/platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic brand plans to establish our robotic imaging and diagnostic technology as a trusted and preferred solution for the medical community
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key insights and competitive positioning opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory landscape to refine brand positioning and messaging strategies
  • Craft compelling brand messaging that communicates the clinical benefits and differentiation of our robotic imaging and diagnostic technology
  • Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, whitepapers, and educational materials
  • Lead the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, product sheets, sales presentations, and educational materials
  • Oversee the development and optimization of our digital marketing channels, including website content, video content, and social media platforms
