Summary

Requirements

• Must have experience working or handling international clients such as in the US, Australia or Europe
• A keen interest in project management, client relations, and recruitment
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, LinkedIn Full Recruiter Seat, Lever, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a willingness to learn
• Background in recruitment and digital marketing is a plus
• Professional proficiency in the English language is required
• Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing projects, ensuring milestones are met and aligning with business objectives
• Provide support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and maintaining project documentation
• Act as a key contact for clients, addressing inquiries, maintaining communications, and ensuring their needs are met
• Participate in the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening, and onboarding
• Contribute to developing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
• Leverage ChatGPT and Perplexity to enhance research and recruitment processes
