Project Manager, Senior Consultant

Summary

Join be one solutions, a global ERP partner, as a French-speaking Project Manager and Senior Consultant! Based in the EMEA team, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management, including planning, estimation, and requirements gathering. You will monitor project execution, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with stakeholders. This role requires extensive ERP knowledge, specifically SAP Business One, and 7+ years of ERP experience with successful project completion. Fluency in French and English is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous project leadership experience and a background in finance or production.

Requirements

• Have extensive knowledge of ERP systems
• Have strong knowledge of SAP Business One
• Have 7 years of experience in ERP
• Successfully complete at least 5 projects as a Project Manager
• Have experience in developing and executing end-to-end projects, including project planning, estimation, scoping, and requirements gathering throughout the product's implementation and deployment
• Be fluent in English
• Be fluent/native in French
• Have strong service and customer orientation
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to work effectively as part of a global, multi-cultural team
• Be self-motivated, a quick learner, with strong multitasking abilities
• Have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end project management, including project planning, estimation, scoping, and requirements gathering throughout the product’s implementation and deployment
• Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate customer requirements while providing product expertise, defining optimized technical and functional design to meet the customer's business needs throughout the implementation project
• Work closely and collaboratively with project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Have previous experience in leading projects
• Have a background in finance or production
