Project Management Senior Analyst

Summary

Join Finalis as an Operations Improvement Specialist and contribute to maximizing growth and improving operational performance. You will identify improvement opportunities, plan and execute solutions, and work with internal and client-facing teams. Responsibilities include conducting analyses, meeting with stakeholders, preparing proposals, and implementing recommendations. You will coordinate processes across policy committees and ensure workflows link policies with processes and technological product development. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and demonstrated relevant experience. Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, finance or a related field
• Demonstrated relevant experience such as in management consulting, business process management and/or process mapping
• Systems-oriented approach to problem solving
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business contexts
• Excellent interpersonal and English language communication skills (written and verbal)
• Effective communicator with the ability to clearly verbalize information
• Ability to be a facilitator between stakeholders and across business functions
• Strong ability to work as part of a dynamic and fast-growing team
• Innovative problem-solving, analytical and strategic planning skills
• Flexible personality and the ability to cope with challenges

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities and plan, prepare, execute and assess solutions
• Create value, maximize growth and improve the operational performance through objective advice and processes
• Understand how Finalis operates, conduct analyses, meet with stakeholders for input, identify issues and form effective solutions
• Prepare proposals and present findings, and implement and project manage recommendations
• Work with Finalis’ internal- and client-facing teams to understand Finalis’ operations, identify gaps between what Finalis needs to do and its ability to deliver on those needs and deliver solutions to close those gaps across policies, processes and its technological product
• Develop and contribute to common operating maps to operationalize solutions to policy committees
• Plan, prepare, execute and assess cross-team initiatives to deliver results across policy committees
• Coordinate seamlessly with Finalis’ stakeholders across teams, in particular the Finalis operations team
• Focus on coordinating processes across Finalis’ policy committees and ensure the planning, preparation and execution of workflows that link policies with Finalis processes and technological product development
• Be proactive and effectively marshall internal and external resources with a minimum level of supervision and apply correct and adequate criteria to issues that may arise
• Report to the Head of Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience relevant to the finance industry
• Understanding of, and experience with, python, appScript, AWS Cloud
