Project Manager (Stakeholder Management) in Poland

Summary

We are looking for a remote Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in corporate environments to join our leading global group of airlines. The company focuses on creating and delivering non-standard solutions to its clients, providing them access to their proprietary operational systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility who can engage in initiatives and complete tasks. Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, managing project structures and schedules, maintaining project standards, identifying and managing project risks, and documenting projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience in communication with stakeholders and gathering their needs/expectations
• Practical experience using project management tools
• Basic people, finance, and schedule management skills
• Ability to prioritize based on limited information
• Adaptability to changes and managing them (business and IT)
• English fluency enabling free communication within the team
• Responsibility and ability to make independent decisions
• Active initiative-taking and task engagement

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to gather their needs and expectations
• Collaborate on creating and managing project structures and schedules in all phases
• Maintain the project according to expected standards
• Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, and dependencies
• Work on implementing smaller functionalities and projects of various types (e.g., aviation-related, fuel management, internal operational/SAP projects, invoicing programs, etc.)
