Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience managing projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or other similar
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Define video production project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in consultation with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage team members to achieve project milestones
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and drive continuous improvement
• Lead, mentor, and motivate video production team members to achieve project goals
• Provide clear direction and guidance, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Optimize team performance through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports
• Generate accurate and timely reports on project progress and key metrics
• Conduct retrospective reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
• Experience with edtech companies
• Previous experience working on remote teams and with multicultural colleagues
