Summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager level DSM Program Design Project Manager to join their team, either in Cary, North Carolina, Louisville, Colorado, or remotely. The role involves providing technical oversight and project management for energy efficiency program design, working collaboratively with utility clients to develop and design DSM program portfolios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. social science, environmental science with a focus on energy efficiency / energy management, or engineering)
• 5+ years of experience with electric or natural gas DSM programs
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
• Expert-level understanding of DSM cost-effectiveness testing
• Experience supporting DSM program design, implementation, or evaluation

Responsibilities

• Lead development of DSM program and portfolio development activities
• Manage client relationship (communications, coordination, deliverables, reporting)
• Leverage experience DSM programs to incorporate best practices in program design process
• Oversee cost-effectiveness analysis and development of appropriate program costs
• Lead regulatory support activities related to regulated utility DSM programs
