Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience working as a property admin specialist
  • Proficiency in PropertyMe or similar property management software
  • Experience with Airtable or other database management tools
  • Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Lightroom
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Calendar

  • Job/Repairs Request Management
  • Job Management - Tenants and Landlords Communication
  • Change of Tenancy (Communication)
  • Prepare Entry Notices
  • Responding to Rental References
  • Other Ad Hoc Tasks
  • Sales
  • New Listing
  • Open Home and Buyer Data
  • Sending Thank you Emails after open homes
  • Match any buyer with properties owned in the area - link them in CRM
  • Create / Designing Social Media tiles, newsletters, and sales proposal
  • Digital Marketing for Facebook and Google Ads
  • Other Ad Hoc Tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with an Australian client
  • Experience creating or designing content for social media postings using Adobe Suite
  • Digital Marketing experience
