Summary

Join BH Properties, a commercial real estate investment firm, as a Property Coordinator! This remote position, based in the Philippines, will support the Executive Managing Director in administrative tasks related to leasing and transactions. You will handle a high volume of tasks, including data entry, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and meeting scheduling. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of property management experience within a commercial real estate company, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

  • Graduated cum laude or better from university
  • At least 3-5 years’ property management experience
  • Prior experience working for a commercial real estate company is required
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and tenants
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess strong work ethic
  • Must be a team player

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Managing Director, Asset Management in administrative functions related to leasing and lease transaction approvals, including Yardi Leasing Pad data entry
  • Perform administrative functions such as travel arrangements, expense reimbursements and meeting scheduling for the Executive Managing Director
  • Handle a high volume of functions and tasks
  • Participate in various other projects and tasks that arise in a fast-paced commercial real estate office

Yardi experience a plus
