Summary

Join Lendi Group as the National Manager – GTM and orchestrate the delivery of GTM sprint programs across all regions. You will be the operational heartbeat of the GTM function, ensuring every rollout aligns with the strategic roadmap, is measurable, and drives adoption and performance uplift. Successfully execute GTM sprints nationwide, coordinating with stakeholders including Sales Leaders, Product, Marketing, and Regional State Leads. This role ensures consistent execution of national strategies while allowing regional flexibility and broker-centric delivery. Design and manage the national cadence of GTM sprints, monitor performance, and engage with stakeholders to align sprint objectives. Refine the GTM sprint process, embedding agile best practices, and facilitate feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading Sales Operations, GTM, or Program Management teams
  • Strong background in agile execution and cross-functional program delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • Deep experience in data reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
  • Ability to lead through influence and align diverse stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

  • Program Orchestration: Design and manage the national cadence of GTM sprints across multiple products, ensuring delivery timelines and outcomes are achieved
  • Operational Alignment: Ensure every sprint aligns with broader business and broker network strategies, adjusting scope or resourcing as necessary
  • Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics that track sprint progress, adoption, and broker performance
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage Sales Leaders, Product Managers, and Regional GTM Leads to align sprint objectives with tactical execution
  • Sprint Methodology Owner: Refine the GTM sprint process over time, embedding agile best practices and retrospectives into the operating rhythm
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate feedback loops, implement learnings, and improve the delivery engine over time based on data and broker insights
