Summary

Join Grow Therapy as a Provider Success Manager and lead a team of 7-10 representatives, ensuring excellent provider account management and driving engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You will maintain and evolve the Thriver Program, partner with cross-functional teams, refine account management strategies, and build cross-functional programs. Responsibilities include tracking provider NPS and improving overall sentiment. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of Customer Success Operations and Program Management experience, 3+ years of management experience with direct reports, and CRM system experience (HubSpot preferred). Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of Customer Success Operations and Program Management experience
  • You have 3+ years of previous management experience in a customer success role with direct reports
  • You have experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
  • You're comfortable working with spreadsheets and data, using insights to make strategic decisions for your team
  • You excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and adapt easily as priorities shift

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a High-Performing Team of 7-10 Provider Success Reps
  • Maintain and evolve the Thriver Program, identifying ways to recognize and support top-performing providers
  • Partner closely with teams across Credentialing, Product, Finance, Clinical Excellence, and other Provider Experience functions to drive operational efficiency and elevate the provider experience
  • Refine and implement scalable 1:1 account management strategies to deliver value to providers across their lifecycles
  • Identify, build, and implement cross-functional programs with the support of our Revenue Operations team
  • Track and monitor Provider NPS and lead cross-functional efforts to improve overall provider sentiment

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with tools like Retool and Intercom is a plus
