Join Ladgov Corporation as a Psychological Examiner and conduct virtual psychological assessments for Federal Wildlife Officer candidates. Administer and interpret standardized psychological tests and interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for law enforcement. Assess candidates for various behavioral indicators, including clinical psychopathology and stress tolerance. Identify qualified candidates and provide comprehensive written evaluation reports and hiring recommendations to the USFWS. This remote position offers virtual service delivery, allowing for flexibility and convenience. The ideal candidate will possess a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and an active, unrestricted license to practice.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field (PhD or PsyD)
• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychological assessments for entry-level and lateral Federal Wildlife Officer candidates
• Administer, interpret, and review standardized psychological tests and interviews
• Evaluate candidates for clinical psychopathology, emotional regulation, judgment, stress tolerance, substance abuse tendencies, and other behavioral risk indicators
• Identify qualified candidates likely to succeed in high-demand law enforcement environments
• Provide written individual psychological evaluation reports and hiring recommendations to the USFWS within specified deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience conducting law enforcement psychological evaluations is preferred
