Summary

Join Bend Health, a revolutionary mental healthcare provider for kids and teens, as a Psychometrist. This remote, 100% telehealth position involves administering neuropsychological testing batteries under the supervision of licensed staff. You will prepare test materials, collect family history (when appropriate), score tests, and collaborate with the patient's care team. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field and 2+ years of experience in administering psychometric testing, preferably with virtual testing and autism testing experience. A passion for helping children and teens is essential. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Psychology or closely related field
• Willingness to serve families primarily living in Pacific and Mountain Time Zones
• Have a passion for helping improve the lives of children, teens, and their families
• Solid reading and writing skills in English
• Possess effective therapeutic communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with kids and teens, as well as their families, by performing neuropsychological testing batteries under the supervision of licensed staff
• Prepare test materials, collect history of child’s family (when appropriate) and score tests and record scores
• Work collaboratively as a team with the patient’s psychologist, therapist and/or psychiatrist
• Have proven results in working with others
• Be comfortable with analytics, detail-oriented and process-focused
• Comfortable completing virtual sessions, asynchronously or synchronously
• Team-oriented, high energy and driven for results

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administering psychometric testing preferred, along with virtual testing experience
• Experience with autism testing preferred, especially in a virtual setting
• Familiarity with online web-based applications
• Experience working in a virtual office situation
