Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in a professional office setting
  • A multi-tasker who can work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately enter data
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong attention to detail
  • Solid ability to meet deadlines in an organized and timely manner

Responsibilities

  • Check with vendors regarding delivery ETAs and process the information into our system
  • Receive parts and warranties based on spreadsheets and vendor websites
  • Submit RMA’s and maintain the RMA queue/process
  • Create purchase orders and buy product online when needed
  • Set up part numbers
  • Data entry
  • Review, respond to, and organize a high-volume of purchasing emails
