Requirements
- 1-2 yearsβ work experience in a professional office setting
- A multi-tasker who can work well in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately enter data
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Solid ability to meet deadlines in an organized and timely manner
Responsibilities
- Check with vendors regarding delivery ETAs and process the information into our system
- Receive parts and warranties based on spreadsheets and vendor websites
- Submit RMAβs and maintain the RMA queue/process
- Create purchase orders and buy product online when needed
- Set up part numbers
- Data entry
- Review, respond to, and organize a high-volume of purchasing emails
