Python Engineer

Summary

Join TechBiz Global as a Python Engineer and contribute to the development and maintenance of Python applications for a top client in Prague. Develop and maintain Python applications, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and implement, review, support, and debug software. You will write tech specs, define project architecture, and participate in code reviews and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of software development experience, fintech experience, and proficiency in Python, SQL, and Unix/bash scripting. Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience as Software Developer
• Should have an experience with fintech processes and big plus knowledge of cards issuing/processing
• Clean coding methodologies (SOLID, YAGNI)
• Fluency in SQL, Python, Unix/bash scripting
• Ability to write easily understandable and maintainable code in multiple programming languages
• Experience with SQL databases {PostgreSQL, MySQL}
• Good understanding and working knowledge of Django
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Active English
