Python Team Lead

Summary

Join Encora as a Tech Lead Python Developer in Brazil and work remotely as a full-time employee. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build integrations, maintain and improve existing code, and work in a dynamic environment interacting with the delivery team to gather and refine requirements. You will tackle a wide range of technical problems, providing suggestions and feedback to your team. You will translate requirements into architectural designs and help plan and implement solutions. The role involves mentoring less experienced team members and driving team innovation.

Requirements

• Experience leading development teams
• Proficiency with development in Python 3
• Experience with pyTest
• Experience with Linux environments, CLI commands, and logs
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Github, GIT, code
• Experience wih GCP
• Experience with automation

Responsibilities

• Actively support the development teams
• Mentor less experienced team members
• Drive team to innovate and deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality
• Digest requirements from product team and work on solutions with performance and scalability features for cloud systems
• Development of new features
• Participation in technical discussions with customers
• Understand clients needs from discussions and documents
• Perform code reviews
• Follow agile processes and participate actively in all development phases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management tools like Jira, Rally, ServiceNow
• Proficiency with development in Typescript
• Knowledge/Exposure to GPC tools like logging and BigQuery
• Knowledge of test/automation tools (PyTest, Puppeteer)
• Knowledge of pyautogui, Pydantic
