QA Analyst

Summary
Join our growing Engineering team as a QA Analyst! You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our Health-E Commerce sites (FSAstore.com, HSAstore.com, and WellDeservedHealth.com). Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, managing defects, conducting compatibility tests, and collaborating with various teams. This role requires at least 4 years of QA experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong analytical and communication skills. We offer a competitive salary ($80,000-$100,000), a discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a 100% remote work environment within the United States. Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of hands on QA experience
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience in: Computer Science or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Follow-through with assignments, tasks and commitments
- Strong analytical, communication skills, and Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various internal teams and external partners
- Organized, diligent, detail-oriented, and a self-motivated professional focused on solutions
- Technologically savvy with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Be a key player in the QA and user acceptance testing efforts for all projects
- Develop and document test plans and test cases for all feature development
- Manage and work on production defects fixes and site regression
- Execute compatibility tests against different browsers for new and existing functionality
- Identify, document and track application defects within the release process
- Reproduce and analyze customer service and support tickets
- Work collaboratively with developers in an agile release environment
- Daily collaboration with offshore and on-site team on day-to-day QA operational support
- Partner with merchandising, web operations, site content, and development teams to facilitate ad-hoc QA and support on specialty projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an ecommerce environment
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or equivalent Ecommerce platform
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS)
- Experience with writing Frontend and Backend test cases for both manual and automated tests
- API testing using Postman tool or similar
- Knowledge of automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, or Webdriver.Io)
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
