QA Analyst

As a QA Analyst, you will collaborate with engineering teams, design and execute test plans, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot quality issues. This role requires at least two years of experience in QA analysis, specific testing experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst
• Experience in Web API mobile Android and web tests
• Experience in Linux OS
• Experience in test case design, creation, execution, and report
• Exposure to some tools like Postman, Charles, JIRA, Git, Xray, Jenkins
• Solid knowledge in software testing
• Solid understanding of the basis of test automation, particularly with Robot Framework and firmware/hardware
• Good analysis, organization, communication, and teamwork skills
• A dynamic and critical spirit
• Ability and eagerness to learn
• Autonomy and initiative
• Passion for developing novel and unique systems that have a direct impact in people’s lives
• Natural leadership, winning personality and a drive to disrupt
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans that improve quality by design
• Designing QA test procedures
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures and verify through controlled experiments
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming knowledge, particularly using Python
• QA certification or equivalent accreditation (e.g. ISTQB)
• Experience with hardware/firmware testing
• Experience in People management
