QA Analyst

Requirements

• 0 - 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience with manual testing
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders
• Availability to work in Central Time Zone (CST) with full-day overlap preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases to identify software defects
• Perform manual testing on various applications within an Ordering Back Office environment
• Document test results and report defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues
• Re-test software after patches to ensure defects are fixed and no new issues arise
• Support efforts to introduce automation using tools such as Selenium and Cucumber
• Ensure testing processes align with quality standards and best practices
• Work with cross-functional teams, potentially moving between development teams as needed
