Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in QA with strong hands-on mobile test automation expertise
- Tech Skills: Deep experience with Appium + TypeScript; familiarity with WebdriverIO, BrowserStack, or similar tools
- Platform Knowledge: Confident testing both iOS and Android apps using scripted automation tools
- CI/CD Mindset: Comfortable working in Continuous Delivery environments
- QA vs. Testing: You understand that QA is about preventing issues, not just catching bugs
- Team Player: Open to feedback, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative agile environment
Responsibilities
- Revive and Build: Take ownership of our mobile automation test framework and transform it into a robust, maintainable solution
- Automate With Impact: Design, implement, and optimize automated tests using Appium and TypeScript across both iOS and Android
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product squads, developers, and QA colleagues to embed testing into every phase of development
- Drive Mobile Excellence: Set standards for mobile automation, improve reliability, and reduce flaky test cases
- Champion Quality: Contribute to a QA-first culture focused on risk mitigation, product stability, and customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bonus: Experience with Maestro.dev or Playwright is a plusβbut not required
