QA Automation Lead

Summary

You will be responsible for building and improving testing processes, defining testing strategies, implementing manual and automated testing, and collaborating with developers and analysts. This role requires at least 4 years of automated testing experience with Python, leadership skills, and experience in payments/B2B testing. Requirements

• At least 4 years of automated testing (with Python ) experience
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and motivate the QA Team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
• Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
• Strong experience in performance and load testing
• Good knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing
• CI/CD integration for automated smoke tests (Allure reporting)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Good communication level of English and russian
