QA Engineer

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in the QA area
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies and testing processes
• Solid understanding of test design techniques
• Experience in API testing
• English — Intermediate+
• Good analytical skills
• Service and teamwork orientation
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and result-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases or checklists based on product and business requirements
• Perform manual testing, prepare test data, and log/report defects
• Collaborate closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira, Confluence
• Experience in IVR testing
• Experience in NLU testing
