QA Engineer

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in software testing and QA
• You have worked with both manual and automated testing frameworks
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment and proactively improve QA processes
• You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering bug-free software
• Has a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with both manual and automated testing
• Is proficient in writing and executing test cases, debugging, and identifying performance bottlenecks
• Has hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or other automation tools
• Understands API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured
• Is comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing for Lucio’s AI-driven legal solutions
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Trello
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle
• Continuously improve testing strategies and automate repetitive testing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Has experience with performance and security testing (a plus)
