QA Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
• Experience testing mobile apps (iOS, Android), web applications, or backend APIs
• Proficiency in at least one testing framework or tool. Examples include Selenium, Appium, Postman, or similar platforms
• Experience writing and executing manual and automated test cases
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
• Knowledge of RESTful API testing tools and processes
• Ability to test backend systems for data consistency, performance, and error handling

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for mobile apps (iOS and Android), web applications, and backend APIs
• Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and resolve bugs and performance issues
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to validate new features and ensure platform stability
• Review API responses and workflows to ensure backend integrations meet requirements
• Support CI/CD pipelines by developing and maintaining automated test scripts
• Participate in test planning and contribute to improving QA processes and frameworks
• Test native mobile apps for iOS and Android, including UI/UX, functional flows, and device compatibility
• Validate web-based features, ensuring browser compatibility and responsive design
• Test backend APIs for performance, scalability, and correctness using tools like Postman or Swagger
• Ensure issues are logged, tracked, and resolved using tools like Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Kotlin
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
• Experience with cross-platform testing frameworks like Detox or Flutter testing tools
• Knowledge of mobile development frameworks or platform-specific tools (Xcode, Android Studio)
• Understanding of blockchain or cryptocurrency systems
