Summary

Requirements

  • Experience following structured QA processes, with a test-driven mindset
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate test requirements
  • Ability to understand product needs and user expectations to ensure high-quality experiences
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks for UI and API testing
  • Familiarity with API testing methodologies, including designing, executing, and validating API tests using tools like Postman
  • Experience working within an Agile development process
  • Exposure to continuous integration environments
  • Passion for continuous improvement and enhancing the development and troubleshooting process
  • Fluency in English, our working language

Responsibilities

  • Ensure software solutions work as expected, improving the customer experience and building confidence in the product
  • Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, prioritizing and planning testing activities
  • Manage and support the creation of manual and automated tests for user stories, smoke, and regression suites
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in QA and work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams
  • Conduct exploratory testing to push product boundaries and ensure customer expectations are met
  • Identify and document defects, assess their impact, and report on software release quality
  • Build automated tests covering both client-side behavior and backend functionality
  • Always strive for continuous improvement to ensure we are consistently moving towards better outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally have some experience with non-functional testing
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a collaborative spirit
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for learning
