Requirements

  • Proven experience leading QA engineers or squads, including performance and people development
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Able to balance technical work with leadership responsibilities
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and how QA fits into modern DevOps practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead a QA squad, guiding them through regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Identify growth opportunities for team members and support their professional development
  • Actively contribute to and improve test automation efforts using modern tools and frameworks
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage, testability, and product quality
  • Help define and improve QA processes and strategies within your team’s product area
  • Track and analyze quality metrics to guide decisions and improvements
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and building a strong QA culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience testing AI-powered features is a bonus
  • Sharp eye for detail – no critical bug escapes unnoticed
