Summary
Join LI.FI as a Chapter Lead, QA to build and scale the Quality Assurance function. Own the vision and execution for QA across products, ensuring reliability, performance, and an exceptional user experience. This role is 80% leadership and team enablement, and 20% individual contribution. Shape testing processes, mentor the QA team, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support. The position requires 5+ years in QA, including 2+ years leading teams in a software product company, experience in fast-paced environments with Web3 exposure, and strong knowledge of QA methodologies and automation. Location in EMEA is required. Requirements
- 5+ years in QA, including 2+ years leading QA teams in a software product company
- Experience in fast-paced, product-focused environments, with solid exposure to Web3 technologies and culture
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid technical foundation; familiarity with backend and frontend testing, APIs, and dev tooling
- Excellent collaboration skills; comfortable leading across teams and time zones
- Youβre a systems thinker, problem solver, and believer in shipping high-quality software
Responsibilities
- Own and define QA strategy, processes, and tooling across all LI.FI products
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of QA engineers across functional and automated testing
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Build scalable test automation frameworks and champion test coverage across the stack
- Drive adoption of quality-first practices within cross-functional squads
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, release readiness, and defect trends
- Work with support and dev teams to quickly reproduce and triage production bugs
- Push for continuous improvement in everything QA: speed, quality, tooling, and team culture
