Summary

Join Keyfactor as a Senior QA Lead and oversee the QA strategy, planning, and execution of complex test projects. You will coordinate efforts between the QA team and cross-functional teams, ensuring testing aligns with project goals. This role also involves mentoring the QA team and contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes. The position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely within Germany or in the Aachen office. A valid Right to Work in Germany is required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Significant experience in QA engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Thought leadership, advanced strategic and technical expertise, superior communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, deep understanding of testing methodologies, and excellent communication
  • Ability to innovate at a high level, lead large-scale projects, and mentor senior team members
  • Ability to lead complex testing efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and resolve critical issues
  • Mastery of industry trends, company strategy, and future direction
  • In-depth knowledge of QA processes, test automation, and software development methodologies
  • Hold a valid Right to Work in Germany

Responsibilities

  • Create and evolve the QA strategy for your product area
  • Introduce and take ownership of quality and testing metrics for your product area
  • Oversee QA activities for major product features, ensuring appropriate and high-fidelity testing
  • Coordinate testing efforts between QA team members and cross-functional teams
  • Mentor and guide QA team members in best practices and methodologies
  • Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases for critical features
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex defects
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
  • Ensure that all QA activities are completed on schedule and meet quality benchmarks
