Requirements

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading QA teams with a track record of delivering high-quality software. Must have held a leadership role in QA for at least 5 years
• Technical Mastery: Deep technical proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, with a significant emphasis on TypeScript and Playwright
• Strategic QA Planning: Extensive background in developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies that seamlessly integrate with overall product development goals
• Agile Advocate: Solid understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies within QA processes
• Communicative Collaborator: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, CRM, and data teams
