Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in QA
  • Previous experience building strategy around QA Agile methodologies: Scrum
  • Languages: At least intermediate. knowledge of programming. in Python. and/or C++. is a must
  • Knowledge in testing frameworks/tools: pytest. or other testing frameworks (catch, Google test, Boost test)
  • Knowledge in performance testing tools
  • Relevant experience working with JIRA. and X-Ray
  • English. Spanish is not required
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude
  • Excellent communication skills to work together with different Idoven teams
  • High technical knowledge of programming, standards, principles and best practices
  • Ability to plan a strategy in QA and to lead and mentor a small QA team
  • Certifications in Software Testing ISTQB will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Address automated testing
  • Creating a QA framework; delivering the best set of QA practices
  • Supervision of the data quality
  • Assuring quality of features: feature engineering and feature selection to evaluate features
  • Help teach and drive technical understanding to the rest of the team in the start-up environment
  • Plan a strategy in QA and to lead and mentor a small QA team
  • Work together with different Idoven teams towards reaching common goals, coordinate with Data, Engineering, Product and Regulatory teams
  • Creation of QA documentation in accordance to regulatory needs
  • Assure a successful implementation by: Organizing tests and building automated tests (test data) for better test coverage
  • Inferring what needs to run, what is to be fixed and where is the error
  • Testing logs and verifying the same with test outcomes
  • Predicting and sending out timely notification on possible code issues
  • Prioritizing test cases and fixing tests in case of any during run time
  • Identify all the changes in the course of the entire testing phase
  • Create an analysis report, testing status and test coverage
