QA Manager, Audit & Vendor Quality

Summary

Join Cerba Research's Quality Assurance team as a QA Manager in Audit & Vendor Quality. This pivotal role ensures compliance across client and internal audit programs and the vendor network. You will strengthen vendor partnerships, enhance audit processes, and drive continuous improvement. Based in Belgium or the Netherlands, this role requires experience in GxP audits and vendor management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical or pre-clinical research, biotech, pharma, or central labs
• GxP audit experience – ideally GCP, GCLP, GLP, or ISO
• Vendor management experience – overseeing vendor qualification, CAPAs, and compliance programs
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, report, and close audits to ensure compliance with GCP, GCLP, and applicable ISO standards
• Manage contracts and invoicing for external auditors and ensure seamless execution of the annual audit plan
• Oversee vendor qualification paperwork, CAPA tracking, and audit lifecycle within our eQMS (Veeva Vault)
• Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes, risk management, and overall quality systems
• Host client audits, assist in inspection readiness, and liaise with regulatory authorities as needed
• Work with Procurement, Science, IT, and other departments to align vendor management processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Training can be provided for those with strong auditing experience in a GMP or GDP environment but candidates with clinical expertise will be prioritized
• Familiarity with eQMS platforms – Veeva Vault would be a bonus
• Dutch or French
